FAB Travel Policy
The Fine Print Cancellation Policy
We require a deposit by credit card or e transfer to make a reservation. Reservations cancelled within 72 hours of the date of travel are non-refundable. You will receive a credit for your shuttle service for 1 year from the original date of purchase which is fully transferable to friends and family at no additional charge. All cancelled Private Charters are subject to a $50 administrative fee.

Quotations are valid for 72 hrs. and are subject to confirmation and payment of a deposit.
Victoria YYJ Pickup Information
Upon arrival at YYJ International Airport please collect your belongings from Baggage Claim and meet your scheduled driver across the main road by the bus stop at the Tulip statues. If you arrive early, there is comfortable seating inside the arrival area. In the event you have any issues once you arrive at Victoria International Airport, please contact the FAB Reservation office at 250-508-1808. The bus will not depart without you.
BC Ferries Pickup Information
Upon arrival at Swartz Bay Ferry Terminal please collect your belongings from the curbside baggage claim and meet your scheduled driver across the main road in the parking lot. If you have any issues once you arrive at the terminal, please contact the FAB Reservation office at 250-508-1808.
Private Charter Service
Complimentary bottled water is provided. Arrival Charters include a 30-minute stop which may be used for groceries, dinner, etc. Any stop requests beyond 30 minutes will be charged at $100 per hour and will be billed in fifteen (15) minute increments. The included 30-minute stop only applies to Arrival Charters and any requested stops on Departure Charters will be billed at $100 an hour and will be billed in fifteen (15) minute increments
Limitations of Liability
Freedom Adventure Bus will not be responsible for delays caused by weather, road, or traffic conditions, or any other conditions beyond our control.
Car Seat Policy
Please make sure you bring your own car seat OR let us know if you need a car seat or booster seat. We recommend that all children ages 1-4 and between 20 lbs - 40 lbs ride in a rear or forward-facing car seat. Children ages 4-8 may ride in a forward-facing car seat or booster car seat, unless they are over 57 inches tall or weigh more than 80 lbs.
FAB Pet Policy
We accept service animals. Please call to make your reservations.
Small pets that are allowed in the cabin of the airplane are allowed on Private Shuttles for a fee of $35. The Pet Carrier counts as the guest’s carry-on bag. The pet must remain at all times in the airline-approved carrier. No pet may travel without a guest and they may NOT ride outside of a carrier for the safety of the other guests and the pet.
